§ 01The Brief

When the standard on paper and the standard in the room are not the same standard.

Luxury hotels do not fail at vision. They fail at the daily execution of vision. That is the only thing we work on — and we are called in for one of three reasons.

Case I Pre-opening · 8–12 weeks to keys

The opening team needs a housekeeping operation, not a folder of intentions.

SOPs do not exist. The manning budget is unsigned. The supplier shortlist is a blank page. Soft opening is sixty days away.

We deliverThe full housekeeping & laundry foundation — SOPs, manning, structure, procurement, training. Ready for soft open day one.

Case II Audit prep · 60–90 days out

Forbes or LQA is on the calendar. Last score is on the desk.

An audit is scheduled. The last inspection identified specific housekeeping and laundry gaps. The repeat result is non-negotiable.

We deliverGap closure against the standard, audit rehearsals, focused team training. The next inspection becomes the easy one.

Case III Turnaround · operating property

The hotel is open. The operation has quietly drifted.

Scores are slipping. Guest comments mention small things — again and again. Manning runs over budget, yet the floor still feels thin.

We deliverOn-property diagnostic, restructure, retraining and the discipline that holds standards long after we leave the floor.

§ 02 · The Practice

Luxury is what survives Tuesday at 3pm.

Guests notice everything — and forgive nothing. A misaligned bed runner, a chemical scent in the lift lobby, a uniform that creases by eleven, a turndown executed three minutes late. Each is a small failure of the system behind the service.

We rebuild that system. From the linen on the bed to the manning structure on the floor, from the chemicals in the pantry to the SOPs in the office — we deliver the unglamorous infrastructure that makes a five-star room feel inevitable.

The work is not exciting. The result is.

Audit Standards

LQA criteria embedded into SOPs, checklists and training, so compliance is a by-product of daily routine — not a panic in the days before inspection.

01

Diagnose

On-property assessment of operations, team, standards gap and audit readiness. Written findings.

02

Design

SOPs, manning model, structure, procurement specifications — brand- and standard-aligned, property-specific.

03

Implement

Hands-on training, set-up of guest rooms and back-of-house, rollout of checklists and routines.

04

Sustain

Audit rehearsals, follow-up visits, refresher training. Standards held after we leave the floor.

§ 07 · About

A consultancy built by operators, for operators.

Elite Heaven Consultancy was founded in Dubai by hospitality professionals with operating careers inside Forbes Five-Star and LQA-audited hotels — from Greek island resorts to Edinburgh townhouse hotels, from Maldives water villas to desert palaces in the Empty Quarter. We have run the departments we now redesign, lived through the audits we now prepare for, and trained the teams whose performance defines a property’s reputation.

We work with pre-opening hotels across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Asia; established properties seeking a higher tier of recognition; and asset managers needing a credible second opinion on housekeeping and laundry performance.

We work small by design. Every engagement is led personally by a senior consultant — not by junior staff carrying a deliverables template.
